Our ICIcomps database, accessible to subscribers through this website, contains information on more than 186,000 property transfers dating back to 1996, and is growing by over 175 new transactions every week.

Typically available online within days of closing, each record is compiled from land title documents, telephone interviews, site visits and other publicly available sources. Available information includes:

• Address/location
• Transfer date
• Consideration details (cash and assumed/VTB debt)
• Owner contact information
• Street-level and aerial photos (with site boundaries)
• Property descriptions, including type, size, and number of units
• Description of site boundaries
• Financing details
• Broker/agent contact information

A subscription/site licence to the ICIcomps database is $3,995 per year, plus a one-time setup fee of $295. Payment may be made by most major credit cards, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or cheque.
