Our ICIcomps database, accessible to subscribers from this website, contains information on over 52,000 property transfers dating back to 1996, and is growing at a rate of about 100 new records every week.

Available online within just days of closing, information obtained from land transfer records, telephone interviews, site visits and other sources includes:

• consideration details (cash and assumed/vtb debt)

• street level & aerial photos (with site boundaries)

A subscription/site licence to the ICIcomps database is $2,995 per year, plus a one-time setup fee of $295. Payment may be made by most major credit cards or by cheque.
