| Database Last Updated Wed Jun 18 2:00 pm Next Update | Our primary product, the ICIcomps database, is comprised of sales data gathered from across Ontario, Canada, and includes complete coverage of most municipalities/regions including the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ottawa-Carleton, Hamilton-Wentworth, London-Middlesex, Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph-Wellington, Barrie-Simcoe, Niagara, Windsor-Essex, Lambton, Brant & Kingston-Frontenac. The database currently contains over 51,000 records and is growing by about 150 new sales every week. |
Information gathered from registry and land titles offices is added to the database daily. In addition to registry data, each record also includes property photos, dynamic location maps (view locations from region to street level), historic tax assessment info and scanned images of the actual deeds, mortgages and site plans/surveys. Supplemental data such as broker/agent marketing packages are also scanned and provided when available. Documents are provided in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF) and may be viewed and printed using the free Acrobat Reader Program. |
Subscriptions providing full access to the ICIcomps database are $2,995 per year plus an initial setup fee of $295.
